This is my 5th most wanted (Nintendo) character in a Smash Bros game. Yes, many people want the Balloon Fighter. Personally I don't mind the generic version, but since this one is quite the character (and we need more female characters in the SSB series) this would be the perfect opportunity.
A retro female character is still not available, so I think Alice could work pretty nicely.
Anyway, here's my semi-moveset for her.
Moveset:
Alice depends on her inflated balloons for optimum movement in the air. If both balloons are inflated, her air movement will be as floaty as Jigglypuff. If only one balloon is inflated, her floatyness will be a bit more similar to Metaknight. If no balloons are inflated, then she's as floaty as Mario. If Alice has at least one inflated balloon, she'll have 5 multiple jumps.
B: Fliiper throw: -Remember Melee's Flipper item? Alice will wind-up her arm, and throw the flipper with all her might. The item will be suspended in the air after flying a decent ammount of space. The flipper will act exactly like in Melee. Multiple hits with little knockback, meant to annoy, rack a little damage and buy you some time, more than to actually K.O.
B Tilt: Sky Strider -Alice will take one big leap forward. Any enemy touched along the way will be automatically footstooled, and the move will be recharged to use again. If she misses an opponent, she won't be able to use it again, until hit, or until she lands.
B Down: Inflator -Alice starts inflating her balloons. The faster you mash the buttons, the faster they inflate. Alice can inflate up to two balloons.
B Up: Frenzy flapping -Alice will close her eyes, and flap her arms like a maniac enduring anything along the way as she recovers diagonally upward, until she gets tired. Alice will endure any hit as long as her % is inferior to her attacking opponent's. If she has no balloons, she will barely move horizontally losing altitude fast. On the ground it'll seem like she's just running forward, but will endure a hit if the specific condition is met.
Further notes on balloons: If an enemy hits where the balloons are, they will pop, absorbing all damage. Usually attacks from above or downward movements are blocked by these balloons. But popping both balloons means Alice will have no means of recovery, until she inflates more.
Alice can only inflate balloons on the ground.
Smash attacks:
Forward: Alice will slam her inflator against her opponent. Down: Alice inflates balloons so hard, they pop, sending opponents flying. Up: Alice will hop with both fists raised to strike a deadly uppercut.
Final Smash: "Balloon Trip" Hundreds of lightning orbs will start to scroll horizontally across the stage, shocking anything they come into contact with. Each orb will deal 15% damage. But beware, you may bump into several orbs one after the other, eventually turning into a star -ko

Note: Once again, viewers, I DARE you to find familiar pieces from other Brawl characters in this composition. Just so you know, the ribbon and the rabbit pouch don't belong to anyone. GOOD LUCK.
